Spider-Man Homecoming Review

Greetings Ladies and Gents! It is I The Shaman of Animation back once again with a new movie review! I know that with Far From Home (which I have seen) out in theaters now, there's no real point in doing this, but after rewatching this film in preparation and with the MCU'S take on Spider-Man being something of a huge talking point amongst fans of the webhead, I figured it best to get how I feel about this film & this version of the character out there in the ether now so people know how I feel. Also, it's been 4 months since I last posted on this blog so...

Without further ado, here's my review of Spider-Man Homecoming.

Captain Marvel Review

Greetings Ladies and Gents! It is I, The Shaman of Animation back once again with a new movie review. Captain Marvel is the newest (or maybe not so new considering when this movie takes place) hero to grace the Marvel Cinematic Universe; and oh boy, for me personally, this movie had an uphill battle to fight. Nothing in the trailers made the movie must see for me. Well, besides this:

This is just great...

On top of that, all the online bickering surrounding this movie, whether it was people thinking this was "SJW Propaganda", or the people that thought you were a misogynist if you weren't excited for this movie really soured it for me. But, I finally went to see it and that's what brings us here. Let's dive into Captain Marvel!

Blast From The Past: Static Shock Episode 8

Greetings Ladies and Gents! It is I, The Shaman of Animation back once again with another installment of Blast From the Past; and for this latest installment, I figured we'd mix things up a little. Usually when I do one of these, I'm talking about the first episode of the show, but seeing as today marks the end of Black History Month, I figured we'd cover a very special episode of this series. So without further ado, let's dive into Static Shock!

Dragon Ball Super Broly Review

Greetings Ladies and Gents! It is I, The Shaman of Animation back once again with another review! When it was announced that Dragon Ball's 20th movie was going to be a 4th Broly movie that reworked the character into the modern Dragon Ball continuity, I thought the franchise had just given up on anything original or creative and was just relying on hype and cheap fanservice (some in the DB fandom would argue that happened years ago, but that's neither here nor there).

But as more trailers came out, like a sucker, I bought into the hype and last night I went out to watch the film. How does it hold up? Let's find out as we dive into Dragon Ball Super: Broly!

Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show Review

Warning: Spoilers for a near 10 year old movie.

Greetings and Happy New Year Ladies and Gents! It is I, The Shaman of Animation back with a new review; and it's one that makes me feel a little old. Today marks the 20 year anniversary of Ed, Edd n Eddy. Growing up. EEnE was one of my favorite cartoons and it along with Dragon Ball Z were the reasons I was such a diehard Cartoon Network kid. I was thinking of the perfect episode to review to celebrate such an accolade, and then it hit me: 2019 isn't just the 20th anniversary of the series' premiere, it also marks the 10 year anniversary of its finale.

Without further ado folks, let's take a look at Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show!
